Shipping Policy: 

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

Thanks for your order with Frazzleberries! We'll process it within 1-3 business days, and then it's up to the carrier and shipping speed you choose at checkout to determine shipping time, which usually takes 2-8 days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us directly to discuss your options at (401) 841-9899. Please note that processing time may vary during periods of high order volume. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.  

What determines shipping prices? 

Several key pieces of information determine how much it costs to ship: 

  • Location: if you live close to Frazzleberries Newport, such as the New England area, it will cost less to ship to you than if you live further away, like in California.  
  • Package weight: If you ordered a heavier item, it will cost more to ship.  
  • Shipping service: If you want your item faster, you will pay more to the shipping carrier for the convenience.  

Does Frazzleberries ship internationally? 

Please note that we can only accommodate domestic orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our international customers. 

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes! Simply choose the “pick-up” option at check out. If you are picking up at our Newport location, your order will typically be ready the same day. Please allow up to (4) four hours to prepare your order. We will contact you when it is ready. If you need your order quicker, please call the store directly to make arrangements at (401) 841-9899.  

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

Yes! We offer gift wrapping free of charge for items being picked up in person at our Newport store.  

What may cause potential service interruptions? 

There are some instances where you may encounter some service interruptions. These include: 

  • Holiday weekends: Shipping carriers typically close for major holiday weekends. As such, your order may be delayed. Also, due to the volume of foot traffic at the store, we may need more processing time than usual, though we will do everything in our power to ship as soon as we can!  
  • Delayed shipments: Sometimes, our suppliers may encounter delays, which means we won’t receive our items as expected! If this happens, we will let you know directly. Usually this only affects custom items.  
  • Inclement weather: We might need a little longer to process and ship your order in extreme weather. Thanks for your patience! 

My item is arriving later than estimated: 

It’s always frustrating when a package isn’t there when you expect it to be. If we have a processing delay, we will typically reach out to you directly to let you know. When your item ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can be notified of progress. However, we aren’t responsible for shipping carrier delays.  

My package got lost in the mail: 

While this is a frustrating situation, we are not responsible for shipping carrier losses. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
